This is our favorite Ace. Today we had excellent customer care for a Stihl Trimmer. Simon was knowledgeable on the phone. In store Alan was a rockstar. He helped us with which model was best for our needs and made sure our choice has proper string and warranty.

I like this Ace. Good helpful people. Matter if fact I'm headed back there today. Beats Walmart amd other retail spots for niche needs.

This is difficult. Lots of selection . Fasteners and tidbits like the hardware stores I grew up with. That is a great positive. The young guys (Simon & ???) were more eager to help and learn than the older more longer term employees. The old timers were not helpful and left the transaction, whereas Simon stayed. Now you know why the parent is Bankrupt.
