Shout out to Nick, the small engine repair person. I took my chainsaw into the store today, and he gave me great advice, showed me the proper way to start the chainsaw, and advised me on the products to buy to keep the chainsaw in good shape. I found him to be very honest, very knowledgeable, and a very nice person. I highly recommend Nick if you need any small engine repairs done. I have been to the store several times to purchase items, and everyone in the store is very polite.

Mistakenly purchased the wrong parts in an order of 10 supply lines from Lowe's. The items were stocked on same shelf--I didn't verify. So Ace was half the distance from my house than the competition. I bought what I needed and was in and out in minutes. A very nice store.

I dealt with 3 gentlemen today and was extremely happy with the service I received. Everyone was very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and also able to give me personal experience with all of the 9 Echo products I purchased. Couldn't be happier. Thanks so much.

I had a paint project for this past weekend. I went to Ace in Mint Hill & Jo helped me. What a wonderful asset she is! She helped me pick the best paint based on my project. I paint alot. ALOT. I have never, ever in my 30 years of painting different areas in my home, had a paint that was so awesome. It was Benjamin Moore, Regal. The paint went on so easy & the clean up! I have never had paint clean up so easy from my pan, brushes & myself. Thanks to Jo I will now only buy Benjamin Moore, Regal for any future jobs & will visit with Jo to get her input!
