Pulling out of Ace Hardware with a smile on my face. I had been to 4 stores today and no luck. Ace had the largest selection of screws i've seen in Charlotte. I came in and a very helpful person at the front desk walked me back and began assisting me. He called for assistance, and Aaron showed up. He knew exactly where to look and found my part in a few seconds. He went above and beyond for a twenty cent sale. I told my son to run back in with a couple bucks to say thank you for his help, and he came back and said Aaron declined to take it. I am blown away with the amazing customer service!

Everyone at the Ace Hardware in Mint Hill go out of their way to help. I have never been in that store and not had multiple people come up and asked to help me. They are always so friendly and happy, and eager to help with any questions you may have.

Placed an on line order. They didn’t have it. Aaron S the ASM was outstanding. He went out of his way to call a few other locations to verify that they have the items in stock. Too many times employees will just say “Sorry” and send you on your way. Aaron was an exception. Because of him, I will continue to shop at the Mint Hill location.

We drove from Rock Hill, SC to Mint Hill, NC for a grill that was only in stock in a couple nearby locations. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and shown the Recteq grill we wanted. In addition, Tim came on the sales floor to fully educate us on the grill, how to use it, how to do the burn in, and basic care and maintenance. He even shared a few recipes. After the conversation and purchase, he had it loaded in my vehicle with a smile. I did not expect the type of service we received, so I’m willing to make the drive in the future. These folks are top notch!!!

Shout out to Nick, the small engine repair person. I took my chainsaw into the store today, and he gave me great advice, showed me the proper way to start the chainsaw, and advised me on the products to buy to keep the chainsaw in good shape. I found him to be very honest, very knowledgeable, and a very nice person. I highly recommend Nick if you need any small engine repairs done. I have been to the store several times to purchase items, and everyone in the store is very polite.
