They people here are very helpful! For a smaller Ace Hardware, they usually have whatever I need. I was in a last ditch effort to find butcher's twine last week for Thanksgiving (the actual butcher didn't even have any!) and the workers were so helpful in helping me find some!

As always at Duncan's Ace Hardware I had great service! The associate met me just inside the door and took me to the item I came there for. This service you can't get at the big box stores.

We returned our U-Haul here and had a great experience. John was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Our car got stuck on the platform attached to the back of the dolly due to low clearance, and he didn’t hesitate to step in. He brought out a forklift and carefully lifted each side of the car so we could place bricks under the front tires, allowing us to safely back the car off the platform. Truly outstanding service!
