I had a wonderful experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Brent! He helped me find everything I needed to hang mirrors in my house. As a single mom, I honestly had no idea what I was doing, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on exactly what I needed and how to do it properly. Brent was the nicest man, and his customer service truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store, and I will definitely be coming back. I only hope Brent is there to help me every time! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful project so much easier.

I needed water softener salt and because of the ice storm recently there was none to be found. They had not only the right type (crystals, not pellets) but the brand I was looking for. They even loaded it for me. Great friendly service!
