Waylon Lawhon gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was quick, helpful, and really knew what he was doing. Didn’t waste time, didn’t make things complicated, just straight-up good service. Because of that experience, I honestly don’t see myself going to another hardware store again. I go out of my way to come here now just because interactions like that are hard to find anymore. It makes a big difference when someone actually takes care of you like that. The staff at the front register were also very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you walk in. The overall experience here is consistently positive, and that level of service is the reason I keep coming back instead of going anywhere else. Big shoutout to everybody in the store!!!! The best experience ever! The two guys working yesterday 3/8/26 between 6-7 were amazing. You don't find customer service like that very often anymore! Such sweethearts, good manners, and went above and beyond.

Super helpful and friendly team here, they never disappoint when asking for help. I spent days trying to figure out a faucet sizing issue alone (because I hate asking for help ) after attempting myself again it took less than 20 min for the guys here to get me the pieces I needed for my weird sized faucet.
