I had to leave a review about Paul today! He was so nice and so patient. I asked 3 million questions and he stayed on the phone with me and eased my nerves. I was in this store a few weeks ago. I will never visit another Home Depot, Lowes, or any other hardware store again. The people at this store areamazing. The service I received was truly service. I was treated like I was the only person in the store. This stores staff goes above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past from a hardware store. I highly recommend to any one that needs to purchase , get advice, ask questions in reference to your hardware needs this is the place. When I left I felt great because I know that the staff here has my best interest in mind. If you are traveling down or up College Park Rd . .... If you do nothing else stop in and leave with a smile!!!!

Ace Hardware of Ladson is one of those stores where customer service still matters. Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find what I needed. It’s well organized, well stocked, and much easier than wandering through a big-box store when you need something fast. As a local roofing contractor, I appreciate having a dependable hardware store nearby. I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Great team and great service!
