I lost my receipt for a company expense. I came back in a week later to see if I could get a receipt reprinted. Faith diligently worked to find it for me. It wasn’t easy and got me hooked up with a replacement receipt. Faith is a great employee. She was very kind and diligent. A five star employee definitely. Give her a raise.

All the employees were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are fair and the selection is great. They included my little boy in picking out the tools and things we needed, which he loved. They also have free popcorn at the door, so now my kiddos want to go back every time we pass by. Definitely a great place to go for any hardware needs.

Outstanding experience with Ben at Ace Hardware. I walked in with a piece of Stihl equipment that needed a small modification and Ben exceeded every expectation. His customer service was exceptional, far beyond what I anticipated. He not only found the exact parts I needed, he took the time to make sure everything fit properly on the equipment I brought in. Thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. His personality made the whole experience even better. I will absolutely be coming back here for all of my Stihl needs.
